Limitations of itemized deductions
Design Document:
Business Purpose: Improve knowledge of new hire Accounts Management agents about the limitations of itemized deductions from tax year 2017 to reach the 85% level of service goal for answering calls, reducing the backlog of returns from previous years.
Solution: Recommend scaffolded, scenario-based learning designed in Articulate Storyline 360, structured around answering the questions of why, who, what, and how. Content aligned to learning objectives and business purpose. Source content was converted from ILT to eLearning modality for remote workers.

Design Document:
Business Purpose: Improve troubleshooting skills of Field Service Engineers (FSEs) to meet or exceed the uptime goal of 93% to avoid financial penalties, ultimately resulting in reduced equipment downtime, minimized escalations to advanced support, and positive effects on the organization's bottom line.
Solution: Recommend self-paced, realistic scenario-based learning solution structured around troubleshooting process steps and phases, designed in Articulate Rise 360 for rapid resolution and geographically disbursed audience. Learning objectives and content outline aligned with business purpose.

Business Purpose: Increase FSE's proficiency in troubleshooting complex problems to improve tool uptime.
Solution: Interactive troubleshooting process flow chart logically explains steps and engages learners; designed for Articulate Storyline 360 block to be exported into Troubleshooting Skills in Semiconductor Manufacturing Articulate Rise course, or as standalone microlearning asset.
Interview Skills for Tech Interviewers & Recruiters
Design Document:
Business Purpose: Techs-R-Us needs to recruit and hire 2000 new members of their technical team this year. Techs-R-Us HR interviewers/recruiters need to refine their technical and HR interviewing skills to improve both the quality and quantity of new hire technical employees. KPIs include: 75% or better on hiring quality metrics and 20% reduction in time to hire new employees.
Solution: Based on needs/audience analysis, recommend designing and developing 1 L3 eLearning course developed in Articulate Storyline, including scenario-based learning for technical/HR interviewing skills, video demonstration of HR/technical interview skills, and Quick Reference Technical Interview Q&A job aid.
